How to Update C5-Super and C7-Super Motorcycle CarPlay Systems?

To ensure your C5-Super or C7-Super Motorcycle CarPlay system has the latest features, connectivity improvements, and bug fixes, follow this firmware update guide.

Prerequisites:

• A microSD card (32GB capacity or lessis recommended).

• The microSD card must be formatted to the FAT32 file system.

• The latest firmware update folder (upzip it) from the official source.

Update Instructions:

1. Download & Prepare the SD Card: Download the correct firmware package for your model. Unzip it, Copy the all folders to the root directory of your formatted microSD card.  

2. Install the Card: Ensure your motorcycle is off. Insert the prepared microSD card into the C5-Super or C7-Super unit.

3. Initiate the Update: Power on the system. The unit should automatically detect the update file and begin the process. Important: Do not turn off the ignition or interrupt power during the update, which may take several minutes.

4. Confirm Completion: The system will typically reboot automatically once the update is finished. You can then verify the new firmware version in the device's settings menu.

Troubleshooting Tip: If the update does not start, ensure the folders is correctly placed in the root directory and that the microSD card is formatted to FAT32.
